You’ve got 7 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or replacement.
The item should be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
If something arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, we’ll fix it — replacement or refund, no stress.

How to request a return/replacement 📩

Drop us a message at "mashyamenterprise@gmail.com" within 7 days of receipt of product.
Mention subject as "Return/ Replacement_Order No...........".
Please mention the reason for return/ replacement, as we would want to serve you better next time.
We’ll then initiate the refund at our end.

Refunds 💳

If we can’t replace the product, we’ll refund your money back to your original payment method.
Refunds usually reflect within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
